Customer Administrator - Contract PAYE - Glasgow

Our client, a leading financial professional services business, are recruiting for multiple Customer Administrators to join the team at their office in Glasgow on a long term contract basis.

Role:

  • Process a range of standard and non-standard casework, applying technical guidance, process documentation, and system information.
  • Update and maintain customer records across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and a clear audit trail.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Use a variety of computer and telephony systems to manage customer information and resolve queries effectively.
  • Work to agreed productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while complying with Data Protection and Customer Security requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by focusing on getting processes right first time and learning from quality assurance feedback.
  • Manage your own workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
