About the Role
Each JoJo store is unique—whether it’s trading over two floors, featuring a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting place. They all have their own identity and charm.
Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this ever-changing retail world is the relationship we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and to their local store team. - Uphold our B Corp principles as part of every interaction.
- Offer Omni-Channel customer service, enhancing loyalty as stores evolve to a blended digital-physical retail model.
- Operate Ship from Store or Click and Collect services, taking daily ownership of order preparation and shipping.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract position until 7th September 2026.

- Continuing professional development through digital or virtual learning platforms.
- Expanding your product knowledge to create Sales opportunities (without resorting to hard-sell tactics).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
