About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant/Store Manager, you’ll work onsite handling customer-facing tasks, including:

Customer service
- Consciously listen, advise, and recommend our products to improve shopping experiences
- Promote in-store offers and loyalty schemes

Store operations
- Support on tills, stock rotation, or backshop tasks
- Maintain presentation, and hygiene standards

Teamwork
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a polished, welcoming environment
