Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor (Customer Delivery) – Severn Trent

Business Unit: Customer Solutions Division: CS CC Customer Delivery Start Date: 7th September 2026 Post End Date: 10th July 2026 (Note: This likely refers to fund availability for recruitment) Location: Pride Park site, Derby Salary Range: £27,495.68 (including annual company pay increase) Hours: 37 hours/week (flexible shift pattern between 8:00am – 6:00pm Mon–Fri) Contract Type: Full-time contract Training Programme: Mandatory 4-week full-time induction (Mon–Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm from 7th September 2026)

The Role: Customer Advisor

About the Work

  • You’ll build meaningful connections with customers via phone, email, and live chat, tailoring solutions the way you’d want to be helped.
  • Empowered problem-solver: Take ownership of intricate queries, finding creative resolutions—no task is too complex.
  • Proactive and adaptive: Work in a fast-moving environment where every day brings new challenges and answers.
  • Team-focused: Collaborate closely with 12-team members at Derby’s Pride Park site to driveшения a culture of mutual respect and team spirit.
