Customer Ownership Advisor

Position

Customer Ownership Advisor – Part Time / Fixed Term Contract

Pay Rates

£12.71 per hour – Plus commission!


About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Ownership Advisor to join our Caravan Sales Showground team. As a Customer Ownership Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of Haven during our busiest times, connecting with visitors and helping them explore the possibility of owning their own holiday home.

No experience is necessary—we’ll train you!


Responsibilities

Core Tasks

  • Be the welcoming presence on the showground, ensuring every visitor feels at home
  • Start friendly, natural conversations with holidaymakers to understand their interests
  • Identify guests who could benefit from learning more about owning a holiday home at Haven
  • Work with the sales team to capture interest and organise follow-ups with our Holiday Home Advisors

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Greet and engage with every visitor in a warm, approachable way
  • Spot opportunities for meaningful interactions and guide potential customers towards specialist advisors
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for our sales team to build relationships further

This isn’t a hard sell role—you’re the first friendly step, creating connections and opening doors for our advisors.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves talking to people and making them feel comfortable
  • Can spot opportunities and start engaging conversations naturally
  • Is confident, enthusiastic, and naturally engaging
  • Is flexible to work Fridays to Sundays during peak holiday periods
  • Has a collaborative mindset, working closely with our Holiday Home Advisors
  • (No sales experience required!)
