Customer Advisor - 8 Hours

Join the JoJo Team – Retail Consultant (Customer Service & Sales)

Your Role—Passion Meets Purpose

Do you dream of a role where each day leaves you fulfilled? If you thrive in retail and enjoy making genuine connections, we’re looking for dedicated individuals who share our vision:

Each JoJo store is unique—whether a two-floor staple, a quirky neighbourhood treasure, or a landmark location. At the heart of this, our Unique Selling Point (USP) is the close relationships we foster with loyal customers. Your journey starts here:

You’re the face of JoJo, embodying our signature exceptional customer care and trusted guidance. From helping expectant parents try on maternity wear to demonstrating baby carriers, your expertise transforms purchases into memorable experiences.

About the Role

As a Retail Consultant, you’ll:

  • Represent our brand ethos through outstanding service, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence.
  • Provide knowledgeable product advice across our extensive range—from baby clothes to parenting essentials—to find the perfect solution.
  • Expand your expertise via digital learning platforms and product training initiatives.
  • Own and fulfil omni-channel orders (ship-from-store, click-and-collect), ensuring seamless transitions from online browsing to seamless delivery.
  • Maintain a spotless retail environment, adhering to our meticulous store standards.

What Your Week Looks Like

A rotation of four-hour shifts (flexible to store demand) to balance work with life. Your core tasks will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Champs handling diverse needs—whether it’s bra measurements or gearing up a parent-to-be.
  • Omni-Channel Operations: Managing online orders daily—prepping items, communicating with customers, and resolving queries.
  • Store Care: Supporting the team to keep the store immaculate and welcoming.
  • Continuous Growth: Learning new products independently, embracing challenges, and refining your retail acumen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
