JoJo Store Team – Meaningful Retail Adventure!
About the Role
Do you dream of a fulfilling, day-to-day role where you can make a real difference? If you’re passionate about retail and want to join an exciting journey, we’re looking for passionate individuals to be the heart of JoJo!
Each JoJo store has its own personality—whether it’s across two floors, uniquely quirky, or nested in a special location. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) is the human connection we build with loyal, repeat customers who love their local team. This is your chance to be that team—the friendly face, providing top-tier customer service, guiding purchases, and offering expert advice on our varied clothing and products, from expectant parents to excited grandparents.
Driven by B Corp principles, our team will always champion sustainability and ethical values. Whether assisting in-store, handling Omni-Channel orders (like Ship from Store or Click and Collect), or supporting our customers digitally, you will play a central role in delivering seamless experiences.
A Day in Your World
- Assist diverse customers—whether measuring bras, discussing maternity wear, or demonstrating baby carriers to curious parents.
- Prepare and fulfil Omni-Channel orders efficiently while acting as the go-to point for in-store or phone enquiries.
- Continuously upskill using our digital and virtual learning platforms for both product knowledge and retail expertise.
- Empathetically solve problems—actively listening to customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions.
- Maintain our stylish, pristine standards—ensuring your store looks nothing short of immaculate.
Typical commitment: 2 x 4-hour shifts per week (though flexibility is often needed due to store demands).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
