Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor – Boots (London)

Salary: £13.02–£15.10 per hour, with an increase after 6 months in role.

About The Role

Working onsite and reporting to an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, you’ll play a versatile role, including:

  • Supporting on tills
  • Advising and assisting customers
  • Working in back-shop areas

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

To provide exceptional customer service, you’ll:

  • Build rapport with customers and address their needs with thoughtful advice about our products, whether they’ve heard of a particular item or just need help selecting one.
  • Communicate key in-store promotions, offers, and loyalty schemes to maximise engagement with our customers.
  • Ensure display standards are met, assist with checkouts, and maintain efficient stock management—back rooms, front-facing floors, it all matters.
  • Collaborate with your team to create an environment that’s clean, tidy, and welcoming, making it a proud space for colleagues and shoppers alike.
  • Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service—so you’re fully equipped for success.
