Customer Advisor (Hourly £13.02–£15.10)
Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a fantastic opportunity, whether you're seeking your first job and looking to gain experience or bringing retail expertise to a new challenge. This role could mark the beginning of a successful career with Boots.
About the Role
You’ll work onsite, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, contributing to both customer-facing and operational tasks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service by:
- Creating a welcoming experience, actively listening to customers' needs and providing tailored advice
- Showcasing our range of products, including recommanding items they might not have considered
- Offering small but impactful gestures, such as assisting with a basket

Promoting in-store offers and deals to enhance the customer experience

Ensuring smooth store operations, including:
- Maintaining effective product placement and display
- Providing customer service on the till
- Supporting stock management and store presentation

What You’ll Need
Essential
Full training is provided, and we’re looking for individuals who:
