Customer Advisor Role (Boots) – Hourly Rate: £13.02–£15.10 ascending to £15.10

About The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll primarily work onsite under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your duties may include:
- Customer service at tills, providing friendly advice, problem-solving, and assisting with transactions.
- Promoting and explaining our customer schemes, ensuring they understand offers and benefits.
- Maintaining store operations, which includes:
- Displaying products attractively.
- Ensuring smooth service at the checkout.
- Managing stock in the back of store where necessary.
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and well-maintained shopping environment.
