The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work onsite under the supervision of the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting on the tills and providing exceptional customer service
- Advising and supporting customers through:
- Proactive listening to understand their needs
- Answering questions and offering suggestions on our products
- Recommending items they may not have considered
- Maintaining a friendly, approachable manner
- Aligning with our in-store offers and schemes to provide customers with comprehensive information
- Promoting a seamless shopping experience by:
- Ensuring products are optimally displayed
- Providing efficient service at till points
- Supporting stock management in stock rooms
- Collaborating with your team to foster an environment where the store remains clean and professional
- Benefiting from award-winning training, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service
