Customer Advisor – Retail (London)
The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the Role
You will work onsite under the guidance of an Assistant or Store Manager and perform a mix of customer-facing and operational duties, including:

Customer Service Excellence
- Listen, engage, and advise customers with a personal touch—whether clarifying their needs, answering product queries, or suggesting items they may not have considered.
- Foster positive interactions with small gestures (e.g., offering a basket).

Marketing & Promotions
- Inform customers about in-store offers, discounts, and schemes.

Store Operations
- Ensure signage is accurate, displays are appealing, and products are well-stocked.
- Assist with retail transactions and maintain order in stock and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store clean, welcoming, and visually engaging.

Full training will be provided, so we are looking for candidates who excel in:
