Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor
Part Time | 18 or 22.5 hours per week Permanent Contract
Location: B&Q Peterborough Hours: Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 8:00pm Hourly Rate: UK notional £13.10 per hour

What’s the Job About?
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll become an expert sales guide, skilled in:
- Advising customers on their home improvement projects
- Driving sales and achieving targets
- Stock management, display setup, and maintaining a well-presented store
- Optional training in paint-mixing and cutting timber

What We Need
We’re looking for a bottom-up helper with:
- A passion for home improvement—you might just have a bit of an obsession
- Friendliness and outgoing nature—you enjoy connecting with people
- Enthusiasm for learning—you’re willing to adapt to new technologies and ways of working
- Teamwork spirit—collaboration is key
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
