About the Role
We’re seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Ownership Advisor to join our Caravan Sales Showground team. You’ll be the welcoming face of Haven during our busiest times, connecting with visitors and helping them explore the possibility of owning their own holiday home. No prior experience needed – we’ll provide full training!
Key Responsibilities
Your role focuses on building rapport, starting conversations, and closing business opportunities.
Daily Tasks
- Welcome every showground visitor and make them feel at home
- Engage in friendly, natural conversations to discover holidaymakers’ interests
- Identify guests interested in learning about owning a holiday home at Haven
- Collaborate with the sales team to capture interest, skipping direct sales
- Follow up with leads at a convenient time for the guest

Person Specification
You’ll thrive if you:
- Love chatting to people and have strong customer service skills
- Have the ability to spot opportunities and initiate meaningful conversations
- Are confident, energetic, and naturally engaging to guests
- Are flexible to work Fridays to Sundays during peak holiday periods
- Enjoy teamwork and enjoy close collaboration with our advisors
