Customer Advisor Role Overview

An opportunity to excel as part of our Aftersales team at our Liverpool dealership.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the primary link between customers and technicians, guiding them through their journey at Stellantis &You. Critical duties include:

  • Customer & Team Communication: Maintain clear, professional dialogue with customers and colleagues.
  • Digital Adaptability: Embrace new digital systems and propulsion strategies as part of our digital transformation.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Propose and package additional repair recommendations from the Vehicle Health Check.
    • Sell Service Plans to retain customers within the Stellantis network.
    • Secure customer satisfaction through exit briefings and follow-up contacts.
  • Technical Consultations:
    • Provide repair cost estimates and turnaround timelines.
    • Address concerns/questions when repairs are recommended.
    • Keep customers informed of progress and any supplementary works needed.
    • Prepare and explain invoices, and handle payments.
