Customer Advisor Role Overview
An opportunity to excel as part of our Aftersales team at our Liverpool dealership.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the primary link between customers and technicians, guiding them through their journey at Stellantis &You. Critical duties include:
- Customer & Team Communication: Maintain clear, professional dialogue with customers and colleagues.
- Digital Adaptability: Embrace new digital systems and propulsion strategies as part of our digital transformation.
- Consultative Selling:
- Propose and package additional repair recommendations from the Vehicle Health Check.
- Sell Service Plans to retain customers within the Stellantis network.
- Secure customer satisfaction through exit briefings and follow-up contacts.
- Technical Consultations:
- Provide repair cost estimates and turnaround timelines.
- Address concerns/questions when repairs are recommended.
- Keep customers informed of progress and any supplementary works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices, and handle payments.
