Customer Advisor (Customer Service Team, Onsite Roles) – Boots
Hourly rate: £13.02 - £15.10 (Rising to £15.10 or higher after 6 months in role, depending on location)

About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, boosting our customers’ experience and ensuring store efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Frontline customer support: Assist customers at till points, provide exceptional advice on our wide range of products, and recommend tailored solutions—big or small.
- Promote key offers and schemes: Share vital in-store deals and promotions to help customers make the most of their shopping.
- Maintain store excellence: Ensure products are optimally displayed, assist in and behind the scenes with stock management, organisation, and store presentation, and uphold high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless shopping experience, keeping our stores clean and welcoming.
- Bespoke training: Enjoy free, accredited training led by the Institute of Customer Service, shaping the top customer advisors of tomorrow.
