Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor – Hourly Role (£13.02 – £15.10/hour with progression to £15.10 in 6 months)

Location: Selected London locations


About the Role

Join Boots as a Customer Advisor and combine valuable experience with supportive training. This opportunity is ideal for job seekers new to work as well as those looking to advance in retail. You’ll work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, with potential responsibilities including:

  • Supporting customers on the tills
  • Providing professional advice on our products
  • Delivering an exceptional experience through outstanding service
  • Promoting in-store promotions and schemes
  • Maintaining tidy stock, a polished front-of-store, and smooth operational flow
  • Assisting across back-of-shop tasks as required
  • Bringing our customers success with guidance on products they may not have considered
