Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor (Customer Service Associate)
Hourly Rate: £13.02 – £15.10 After 6 months in role: Rate increases within selected London locations.

About The Role
Reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, you’ll work onsite in a dynamic retail environment, contributing to customer interactions, transactional areas, and back-of-house operations. Duties include:
- Engaging with customers: Actively listen, answer queries, and offer thoughtful advice on products—big and small! Ensure their experience is smooth, friendly, and personalised.
- Promoting store offers: Drive interest in in-store promotions, discounts, and schemes to maximise customer engagement.
- Maintaining store operations:
- Display products attractively to enhance accessibility
- Support cashiering, general till operations, and frontline sales
- Assist in stock management (reception of goods and organisation)
- Support & Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to adopt-sharing a customer-first mindset, fostering a well-run, clean, and customer-pleasing store.
- Award-winning training: Earn Institute of Customer Service-accredited certifications.
