Customer Advisor (Airport)

Customer Advisor – Onsite Role

Hourly Rate: £13.02 – £15.10 (rising to £15.10+ across selected locations after 6 months)

About the Role

You’ll work alongside your Assistant/Store Manager, delivering exceptional service across our stores. Your days could include:

  • Assisting customers at the till, offering advice, and showcasing our product range.
  • Building an understanding of our in-store offers, promotions, and customer schemes to share valuable recommendations.
  • Supporting store operations by arranging shop floors, ensuring smooth stock replenishment, and maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Collaborating with your team to create a welcoming, clean, and productive environment—the little things make a big difference.
  • Receiving award-winning training, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
