Customer Advisor – Argos
Customer Advisor – Store Role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll deliver the very best customer experience during in-store visits.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school-leaving age in the UK
- You must have Right-to-Work eligibility in the UK
- Roles are part-time, offering flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends. Hours may vary.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at the till, on sales floors, and collection counters
- Effectively operate website screens, collect stock, process payments, and guide customers on Argos’s financial service offerings
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and stockroom support (especially during quiet periods)
- Grow deep knowledge of Argos’s products, services, and promotions for a seamless shopping experience
