Customer Advisor - Argos
Customer Advisor – Argos Store Role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores, both in-store and at the collection counter.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this role, you must:
- Be above the school-leaver age in the UK (Reference)
- Have right to work eligibility in the UK
- Most roles are part-time, working across varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours are flexible and may vary weekly, depending on your availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
To ensure our customers have the best shopping experience, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service on the tills, digital screens in-store, and at the collection counter
- Collecting products from stock to fulfil customer orders
- Handling payments, providing information on Argos’ financial services where relevant, and processing refunds
- Being present on the shop floor, assisting customers with questions and offering advice on a wide range of products
- Supporting in the stock room when the store is quieter
- Building deep knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to help provide relevant recommendations
