Customer Advisor - Argos

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.
Eligibility

- Hold Right to Work eligibility in the UK
Most roles are part-time, operating across various shifts—weekdays and weekends—with hours flexible to suit your availability. Your schedule may vary weekly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service, supporting customers at:
- Checkout desks
- Website screens on the shop floor
- Collection counters
- Collecting products from the stock area for customers
- Processing payments and providing details on financial service offerings for certain products
- Handling refunds efficiently
- Assisting customers on the shop floor with product queries and advice across our diverse range
- Supporting colleagues in the stock room when the store is quieter
Additionally, you’ll:
- Build strong product knowledge, including services and promotions, to offer personalised recommendations
- Work across the store to meet demands, reflecting a flexible and team-oriented approach.
