Customer Advisor – Argos

Tills & Customer Service Assistant Role – Argos

About the Role

Ensure our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience across all touchpoints in-store and online:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the tills, shopfloor screens, and collection counters, fostering a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Collect and process orders from the stock area, handle payments, and explain financial service offerings where applicable.
  • Manage refunds efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor with queries and guidance on our wide range of products—including supporting stock room duties during quieter periods.
  • Develop deep expertise in our products, promotions, and services to provide tailored recommendations.
