Customer Advisor - Argos
Customer Service Assistant – Argos (Shopfloor)
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service:
- On the tills
- On the website screens in the store
- At the collection counter
- Collect products from stock for customers
- Take payments efficiently
- Provide details on financial service offerings for eligible products
- Process refunds smoothly
- Assist customers on the shop floor (helping with questions and product recommendations)
- Support in the stock room when the store is quieter
- Build deep knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to offer tailored advice
