About The Role
Customer Advisor – Arrears Support
Working hours Full time 37 hours per week
Permanent
Salary (from £25,878 to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location Trinity House, Lowestoft, Suffolk

We specialise in assisting customers in arrears, offering understanding, practical solutions, and advice to help people move forward with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound calls from customers requiring support and guidance
- Providing tailored solutions with a focus on the best possible outcome
- Delivering exceptional, compassionate customer service at every interaction
No experience in arrears? No problem.
While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it’s not essential. We offer fully paid training to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed and grow within the role.
About You:
