Customer Advisor

Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits

Part-time or full-time positions available at 16 – 37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, afternoon & evening shifts within the hours of 6:00am - midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, availability to cover weekday morning shifts from 6:00am will be essential for this role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.
