Customer Advisor – Hourly Rate: £13.02 to £15.10 in London
This role is a fantastic opportunity for new entrants seeking foundational experience or experienced professionals in retail looking for a career shift. The hourly rate increases to up to £15.10 after 6 months in role.
About The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work onsite under the Assistant or Store Manager, assisting across various key areas:
- Assist customers at the tills, offering guidance and advice on our premium products
- Provide tailored recommendations and enhance the shopping experience with small touches, like offering baskets and familiarising customers with in-store offers
- Work in the backshop or general store operations
- Contribute to store efficiency through product display, stock management, and front-of-house service
- Collaborate as part of a team to maintain the store’s cleanliness, presentation, and hospitable environment
Full, award-winning training is provided, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

- Experience delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in retail. However, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.
