Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor (Paying £13.02–£15.10 per hour in London)

The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the Role

You’ll work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, supporting key operations such as:

  • Assisting on the till
  • Advising customers about our products
  • Supporting internal logistics, including in-store stock and backshop operations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive customer experience by listening, answering queries, and offering tailored product advice—big or small, these actions make a difference
  • Promoting in-store offers and schemes to maximise customer engagement
  • Maintaining an efficient and clean retail environment, including stock management, till operations, and displays
  • Collaborating with your team to deliver superior service, ensure a tidy and visually appealing store, and foster aழiveling workplace

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong communication and listening skills

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service, particularly in retail or advisory roles
