Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor (Paying £13.02–£15.10 per hour in London)
The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the Role
You’ll work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, supporting key operations such as:
- Assisting on the till
- Advising customers about our products
- Supporting internal logistics, including in-store stock and backshop operations
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a positive customer experience by listening, answering queries, and offering tailored product advice—big or small, these actions make a difference
- Promoting in-store offers and schemes to maximise customer engagement
- Maintaining an efficient and clean retail environment, including stock management, till operations, and displays
- Collaborating with your team to deliver superior service, ensure a tidy and visually appealing store, and foster aழiveling workplace

Requirements
Essential
(Full training will be provided—we’re looking for someone who thrives in these conditions:)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork and promoting a collaborative culture
- Recognition that attention to detail enhances customer interactions
- Commitment to being a proud brand ambassador for Boots, helping customers find the best products
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience delivering excellent customer service, particularly in retail or advisory roles
