Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – Hourly Rate: £13.02 - £15.10 (with 6-month increment)
Joining us as a Customer Advisor offers an excellent opportunity, whether you’re starting your career or exploring a new challenge after retail experience. This role marks the potential beginning of a fulfilling career at Boots.
About The Role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by helping at tills, advising customers, and assisting in the back shop.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ needs, answering questions, and highlighting products—from well-known items to those they’ve never considered.
- Promote in-store offers and schemes to enrich the customer experience.
- Ensure store operations run smoothly by:
- Organising product displays
- Maintaining efficient till operations
- Supporting stockroom and inventory tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a clean, presentable, and welcoming store environment.
- Gain exclusive award-winning training, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service, to build customer service expertise.

Desirable (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in customer service or a retail setting where great service moves the needle.
