Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – Hourly Rate: £13.02 to £15.10

About the Role
This role reports directly under an Assistant or Store Manager and involves working across various store functions:
- Supporting customers at the register
- Advising shoppers on products and offers
- Assisting in the back shop and stock rooms
- Ensuring stores run smoothly
Your core responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service:
- Building rapport with patrons by listening attentively and offering tailored advice
- Sharing knowledge about promotions, loyalty schemes, and product recommendations that enhance their shopping experience
- Maintaining store excellence:
- Organising product displays and stock rooms
- Supporting till operations and back-end operations
- Collaborating with colleagues to uphold store standards
- Supporting training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service

- Prior experience in customer service or retail
