Customer Advisor – London (Hourly Rate: £13.02 to £15.10, Rising After 6 Months)

About The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work onsite under the guidance of an Assistant Manager or Store Manager and cover key customer-facing and operational tasks, including:

  • Front-of-store customer experience:
    • Provide exceptional support at tillpoints, empowering customers with guidance, advice on products, and recommendations tailored to their needs.
    • Create positive interactions—listening actively to simplify their experience, answering queries, and uplifting their shopping experience through small, thoughtful gestures.
  • Promoting in-store offers and schemes:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of promotions and loyalty schemes to deliver seamless, enriching service.
  • Operational support:
    • Ensure smooth store operations—ranging from merchandising floor spaces to managing stock efficiently.
  • Elevating store excellence:
    • Collaborate with your team to maintain an immaculate, welcoming, and high-standard retail environment.
  • Training:
    • Take part in award-winning Boots training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service to hit the ground running with thorough support.
