Why Do We Need You?

We’re looking for New Business Debt Advisors to join our dynamic Debt Advice team. Your role will involve supporting and advising customers on the best solutions to manage their debt effectively, helping them embrace their financial goals. You’ll be responsible for new customer acquisition and onboarding/customer management. We’re seeking the best in the business.

What Do We Need You to Do?

Here are the core responsibilities of the role:

  • Have rich, meaningful conversations with customers to understand their individual circumstances.
  • Make tailored solution recommendations based on what you’ve discovered.
  • Handle high call volumes while adapting your approach to suit each caller’s individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across our business, building relationships and expanding internal networks.
  • Active listening, leveraging objection-handling skills when necessary to ensure solutions align with customer value.
  • Keep admin tasks up-to-date; engage proactively with peers, team leaders, and managers.

What Skills and Experience Do We Need?
