Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – Boots Retail
- Hourly wage:
- £13.02–£15.10 (determined by location within London)
- Automatic end-of-6-month pay increase.
About The Role
Led by the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, this onsite Customer Advisor role combines hands-on customer service with operational support, including:
- Front-of-house duties: Supporting at tills, assisting customers, and providing advice on products
- Customer relationships: Listening attentively, recommending products, and delivering a personalised shopping experience with small but meaningful gestures
- Sales & promotions: Promoting in-store offers, discounts, and loyalty schemes confidently
- Store operations: Assisting with product display, stock management, inventory in stockrooms, and maintaining a tidy, customer-friendly retail environment
- Team collaboration: Working with colleagues to uphold shop standards and foster a pleasant shopping atmosphere
- Training: Award-winning programme accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

What You’ll Need
