Customer Advisor

Customer Advisor – London (£13.02 – £15.10/hour)

The hourly rate for this role starts at £13.02 and increases to up to £15.10 across selected locations within London after 6 months in role.


About the Role

Join Boots as a Customer Advisor—whether you're just starting your career or looking for a new challenge in retail. This could be the beginning of an exciting journey with us.

You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, with tasks including:

  • Supporting on the tills
  • Advising customers
  • Working in the backshop

Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including listening to their needs, answering questions, and offering tailored advice on our wide range of products
  • Help customers feel comfortable and assist them with both suggested items and additional questions
  • Learn and promote our in-store offers and loyalty schemes to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a smooth-running store by ensuring products are well-displayed, tills operate efficiently, and stockrooms are organised
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
  • Participate in award-winning training, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Previous experience in customer care, retail, or customer service
