Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor (Hourly Rate: £13.02 – £15.10 increasing after 6 months)

About the Role
You’ll report into the Assistant or Store Manager and work onsite across multiple tasks, including:
- Staffing tills and checkouts
- Advising customers on products and offers
- Helping in the back shop/distribution area
- Contributing to a smooth-running store
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service: Listening to customers, answering questions, recommending products, and creating a welcoming atmosphere with small but impactful gestures.
- Promoting in-store offers and schemes: Ensuring staff and customers are informed about promotions and deals to drive engagement.
- Ensuring store efficiency: Maintaining product displays, providing till support, and assisting with stock management in stock rooms.
- Collaborating with team members: Working together to deliver a clean, organised, and customer-friendly retail environment.

Desirable (but not essential) Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in customer care or retail
