Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – London (Hourly £13.02–£15.10 + Overtime Potential)

About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work onsite, reporting to your Assistant or Store Manager. Your days will involve supporting customers, assisting on tills, providing product advice, and managing the back shop. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, from active listening and answering queries to guiding customers through our range and introducing complementary products
- Promoting in-store offers, schemes, and newly launched products with confidence
- Ensuring operational excellence – stock organisation, till performance, and maintaining neat, appealing store presentations
- Collaborating across teams to foster a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued
- Receiving accelerated training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service

Essential Requirements
Full training is available, but we’re looking for individuals who:

Desirable (Not Essential) Skills
