Customer Ownership Advisor
Position: Customer Ownership Advisor
Type: Part Time / Fixed Term Contract
Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour – plus commission!
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Ownership Advisor to join our Caravan Sales Showground team. You’ll be the welcoming face of Haven during our busiest times, connecting with visitors and helping them explore the possibility of owning their own holiday home. No previous experience is necessary – we’ll train you!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the showground during key trading periods, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and looked after. Your role revolves around spotting opportunities:
- Starting natural conversations with holidaymakers
- Understanding what brings them to the showground
- Creating appointments for Holiday Home Advisors to continue discussions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome every visitor and make them feel at home
- Initiate friendly, organic conversations with guests
- Identify potential customers interested in owning a Haven holiday home
- Work alongside the sales team to capture leads and follow up appropriately
- Focus on customer connection rather than direct sales—your role is the warm, inviting first step
Ideal Candidates
The perfect fit for this role will:
- Have a passion for engaging with people and making them feel valued
- Be great at spotting opportunities and initiating meaningful conversations
- Bring confidence, enthusiasm, and natural charm
- Be available to work Fridays to Sundays during peak holiday periods
- Be a strong team-player, collaborating closely with Holiday Home Advisors
- No sales experience needed! We provide all training.
