Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – £13.02 to £15.10 p/h (increases after 6 months)

About the Role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll work onsite under the direction of an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a smooth customer experience on the till, offering advice, and assisting with purchases
- Supporting in-store shoppers—listening to their needs, answering questions, recommending products, and adding small but meaningful touches
- Promoting special offers, schemes, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintaining Store operations, including product display, cash handling, and stock management
- Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming, clean, and professional environment
- Receiving award-winning training (accredited by the Institute of Customer Service)

What You’ll Need
Essential skills:

This role provides full training, so prior experience in retail or customer service is not required. A passion for keen interaction and willingness to excel will bring you the most success here.
