Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor • Hourly Rate: £13.02 – £15.10 (Increasing After 6 Months)

About the Role
You will operate onsite, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, supporting tasks such as:
- Front of House:
- Assisting customers, answering queries, and advising on our extensive product range
- Engaging with customers—listening, recommending products, and making small gestures (e.g., offering a basket)
- Sales & Promotions:
- Sharing in-store offers, discounts, and loyalty schemes to enhance the customer experience
- Store Support:
- Ensuring retail floors are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Supporting till operations and stockroom tasks
- Collaborating with teammates to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Career Development:
- You’ll receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service
