Customer Advisor (Customer Service Associate)
Hourly Rate: £13.02 - £15.10 (progressive rate increase after 6 months in selected London locations)

About The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, your primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service, whether on tills, assisting in our back shop, or supporting store operations. Your responsibilities include:

Creating Memorable Customer Experiences
- Active listening to understand customer needs
- Providing tailored advice on Boots’ fantastic products
- Recommending complementary items and offering helpful services like basket provision
- Ensuring customers leave feeling valued and cared for

Promoting In-Store Offers and Schemes
- Knowledge of loyalty programmes and promotions
- Passionate promotion of initiatives that enhance the customer experience

Ensuring Smooth Store Operations
- Merchandising shop floor to maintain visual appeal and accessibility
- Supporting till operations to deliver a seamless checkout experience
- Stockroom assistance to maintain efficiency in inventory management
