Salary: The hourly rate for this role is £13.02–£15.10, with increases after 6 months in role, across selected locations in London.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

    • Listen and respond to customer needs
    • Offer tailored advice on our fantastic products
    • Recommend unexpected items to enhance customers’ experiences
    • Ensure customers feel valued through thoughtful gestures
  • Promote in-store offers and schemes

    • Share relevant promotions to enhance customer engagement
