Customer Advisor with Azerbaijani (Relocation to Bulgaria)
π We are growing! Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company known for its commitment to quality products and excellent customer experience. We are now looking for a Customer Advisor with Azerbaijani to join our dynamic team and help us deliver outstanding support every day. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone π©π¬π. Your day will be all about creating smooth and positive customer experiences, answering questions clearly, and making sure every customer feels supported. You will also get to learn the brand, products, and industry in detail so you can provide accurate and helpful information. Part of your job will be researching customer questions carefully and finding the right answers quickly and professionally π.

What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills. C1 Azerbaijani, both written and spoken. Advanced English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. A customer-oriented mindset. Good typing and computer skills, including MS Office. Experience with CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to work independently as well as in a team. High school education.
What you can expect from us: Salary: β¬1,789.53 gross per month π°. Full-time role with shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Monthly performance-based bonuses.
