Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – Boots (Hourly Rate £13.02 - £15.10)
Hourly Salary: £13.02 - £15.10 (uplift to £15.10 eligible after 6 months)

About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, you’ll participate in key store operations, such as:
- Assisting on the tills
- Providing expert customer advice on products
- Supporting the back-shop operations
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating memorable shopping experiences by actively engaging with customers—listening to their needs, answering questions, and offering tailored recommendations that may include products they hadn’t considered.
- Supporting in-store campaigns and promotions by familiarising yourself with offers and sharing them with customers.
- Ensuring the shop floor appears inviting—including product display, till service quality, and stockroom logistical consistency.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain the store’s cleanliness and presentable appearance for a welcoming customer experience.
