Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor – Hourly PAY: £13.02 to £15.10 — Hourly rate increases after 6 months

About the Role
As a Customer Advisor at Boots, you’ll report to an Assistant or Store Manager and work onsite. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting on tills
- Advising customers about products
- Supporting back-of-store operations (e.g., stock management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a personal touch – active listening, answering inquiries, and recommending products.
- Promote in-store offers, discounts, and loyalty schemes to enhance customer value.
- Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring shelves are stocked, service is seamless, and the store remains clean, professional, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Complete award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality).
