About The Role

Bynder works with some of the world’s most recognizable logos across consumer brands, tech, and finance. Our Customer Advocacy function celebrates these customers, turning their success into powerful stories that boost brand recognition and drive revenue.

We're looking for a proactive and creative Customer Advocacy Intern to join our international marketing team. You'll support the Growth Team in planning and executing advocacy programs, including customer loyalty initiatives, storytelling (written and video), customer communications, and event activations. You'll also play a key role in managing customer reviews and supporting Bynder's #1 position in the DAM market.

What You'll Do

  • Support our flagship customer advocacy programs, including the Spotlight Awards and global Bynder Connect events, coordinating the administrative processes, communications, timelines, and logistics that keep them running smoothly.
  • Create compelling customer stories by supporting the end-to-end process—from identifying opportunities with Customer Success Managers through to coordinating written and video case studies.
  • Enable our go-to-market teams by turning customer stories and webinars into sales assets, maintaining our customer proof library, and ensuring content is easily accessible across the business.
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives, including review generation campaigns, customer loyalty programs, webinar speaker management, and customer reference activities.
  • Manage customer communications, coordinating content for our monthly customer newsletter and supporting customer email campaigns.
  • Track program performance by maintaining reporting, supporting procurement and vendor management, and helping measure the impact of customer advocacy on the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or Communications degree (London or Greater London)
  • Available for a 12-month internship starting August/September 2026
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized, proactive, and creative with a passion for marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, international team
