Does driving innovation and creating better experiences through technology inspire you?

At Re-Leased, we’re levelling up real estate and helping property professionals thrive in a digital-first world. Our cloud-based property management platform combines smart automation, AI-driven insights, and deep industry expertise to make everyday work simpler and more rewarding. We’re here to help property people run better businesses, build stronger communities, and love what they do.

Your Role

am:pm is Re-Leased’s new AI-powered platform for commercial property management - a greenfield product reshaping how property managers work. This is one of the first two hires into the delivery function. Early US enterprise customers are landing. You come in before the methodology is finished and help shape it while running live engagements. What you build here defines what am:pm delivery looks like at scale.

This role owns the enablement experience for customers adopting am:pm. You work directly with property management teams to design and embed new workflows, replacing existing processes with AI-powered operations. You are the face of that change. You command a room, build trust fast, and drive adoption through relationships as much as process - with enough technical grounding to handle product questions live. The role sits between the implementation consultant and change management lead.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project manage customer enablement end to end - workflows implemented, data ingested, teams live
  • Work onsite with property managers to guide them through the transition
  • Troubleshoot and resolve adoption challenges during implementation
  • Deliver enablement projects on time and to a high standard
  • Deliver engaging, practical training for property managers and operational teams
  • Tailor content to each customer's specific goals and workflows
  • Build and maintain high-quality documentation and playbooks to scale future engagements
  • Gather customer feedback and feed insights back to Product and Customer Success
  • Build trust and enthusiasm for the platform through hands-on support
  • Communicate change clearly and handle concerns with empathy and confidence
  • Act as the primary champion for customer success throughout enablement
  • Partner with customer champions and directors to establish an AI centre of excellence within each customer's business
  • Help define what good looks like at each stage of implementation; flag gaps and bring improvements back to the team
  • Contribute to the partner model design - what a certified delivery partner proves, and what onboarding a partner looks like in practice
  • Assist in developing the strategy of the services framework as it scales - the rollout blueprint, AI CoE structure, and delivery model for volume

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
