About the Job

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to provide insights that support business objectives, extracting data from relevant systems, cleaning and preparing it for analysis, identifying trends and patterns that drive business value, and validating data accuracy and completeness.
  • Creating and maintaining regular reports and dashboards will be central to your role, as you build and update visualizations in tools like Tableau and Power BI, produce performance reports that effectively communicate key metrics to stakeholders, and measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to maximize return on investment.
  • Responding to ad-hoc data and analysis requests means you'll provide timely and accurate information to support business needs, clarifying requirements, prioritizing multiple requests, delivering analysis within agreed timeframes, and documenting approaches for future reference.
  • Identify and investigate data anomalies and discrepancies, monitoring key metrics for unexpected changes, investigating root causes of data issues, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders, and working with teams to resolve problems and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand business context and requirements ensures your analytics work delivers relevant and valuable insights, as you participate in requirements gathering meetings, translate business questions into analytical approaches, present findings to business stakeholders, and document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings to build the team's knowledge base.
  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of analytics tools and capabilities will be part of your day-to-day, as you create user guides, provide basic training to business users, promote data-driven decision making, and continuously develop your analytical skills and domain knowledge to enhance your effectiveness and contribution to the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
