Customer Analytics & Insights Analyst – Help us deliver for our customers, every day

We’re looking for a Customer Analytics & Insights Analyst to help us better understand our customers, how they order, what they value, and where we can improve. Working as part of our Digital (Marketing) team, you’ll turn data into clear, practical insights that help shape campaigns, improve performance and support smarter decision-making across the business
What You’ll Bring
This role is perfect if you enjoy working with data to solve real business problems and want to build your career in customer analytics. You’ll be based in Manchester or Milton Keynes, working closely with marketing and digital teams to turn customer behaviour into meaningful insight.
- Experience working with data in an analytics, data science or insights role, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Experience with customer analytics, including segmentation (e.g. RF/RFM) and lifecycle analysis
- Experience using reporting or visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R)

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help us understand what our customers are doing and why and turn that into insight teams can act on. You’ll work closely with marketing, CRM and commercial teams, supporting campaigns and helping improve how we connect with customers.
- Analyse customer behaviour, performance and segmentation to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Support campaign analysis and recommend ways to improve targeting, engagement and customer value
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and datasets to support ongoing insight and decision-making
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to provide clear, structured insight that informs strategy
- Identify ways to improve reporting, data quality and analytical approaches over time
