We are working on a great opportunity with a leading global luxury brand, who are hiring for a Customer Analytics Manager to join their growing team.

Working under the Senior Manager, you will lead BAU reporting and proactive analysis of customer performance across all direct-to-consumer channels. You'll act as a Customer Insights leader within the team and with external partners, with genuine scope to shape processes, influence senior stakeholders, and support the development of the wider team.

Key attributes of the suitable Customer Analytics Manager include:

- Experience: Degree in a numerate subject, with 6+ years' experience in Customer Insights within Marketing and CRM, ideally within luxury/retail
- Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders, turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing a team
- Technical Skills: Skilled across Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with an interest in automation and emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
