This vacancy is to support the opening of our brand-new Shipston-on-Stour store. The role offers shifts between 6:00 and 23:00, so flexibility across these hours will be required to meet the needs of the business.
About the Role
As a Customer & Trading Manager you’ll oversee every aspect of the store – from opening and closing the store, cashing up, managing performance and schedule-planning, to making sure those essential products are there for our customers. You’ll be there to lend a hand to your close-knit team when they need it – replenishing stock, taking deliveries, and serving on the checkouts – helping them to deliver a real ‘wow’ service to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee every aspect of the store operations
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Handle cashing up and managing performance
- Schedule-planning and ensuring product availability
- Support team with stock replenishment, deliveries, and checkout service
- Provide coaching to colleagues for excellent customer service
- Drive sales for the store
Requirements
- Inspiring manager who works at pace

- Strong prioritisation skills and excellent commercial acumen
- Flexibility to support different locations and times
